Where do the contacts come from and when are they contacted?Contact related statistics in data analysis statistics.

Check the homepage and team member status #

  1. Open the "Home Page Report" and first select the date range to be analyzed.
  2. When you need to view by team member or WhatsApp account, use the filter conditions provided on the current page.
  3. View the required metrics and trends, and check the legend, timeline, and current filters.
  4. Check the team member list for specific situations within the same scope and, if necessary, further check with customer and session records.

Indicators such as the number of messages sent and online time describe activities and cannot alone prove service quality or sales effectiveness. Before comparing team members, confirm that client assignments, shifts, and work content are comparable.

Check caliber before comparing data #

At least unify the date, time zone, organization or team member scope and statistical objects. The data does not provide the calculation formulas, synchronization frequency, deduplication range and history retention rules for all charts, so this page only introduces the clear purpose of the page. If the numbers in the two reports are different, first check the range and de-emphasis, and then go back to the details to confirm. Don’t infer conversion rates, customer acquisition sources, or the effectiveness of a certain operational action based solely on changes in total numbers.

Check your result

  • Ability to find required metrics in appropriate reports.
  • The filtered date, team member, account, and group ranges meet the analysis objectives.
  • Important summary data can be cross-checked with relevant customer, session or group member details.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the total number of customers on the home page different from the statistics on inbound contacts?

The homepage and contact-related reports may cover contacts generated by active contact between the two parties; inbound contacts statistics in the manual specifically refer to the data of customers actively contacting the company, and the two cannot be directly equated.

Can the quality of team member service be judged based on the number of messages?

It cannot be judged alone. It also needs to be combined with customer needs, response content, problem resolution and scope of responsibility.

Does the chart update in real time?

The manual does not specify how often all charts should be synchronized. This page does not promise to be updated in real time. The actual prompts and detailed verification results of the current page should prevail.
