1. Start from the official download page #
Open the official download page and select the corresponding computer type "Click to download".

When in doubt, check first How to confirm computer type, don’t judge based on the year of purchase of the computer.
3. Open the installation file on your Mac #
After the download is complete, go to the browser download list or Finder's "download" Find the installation files in the folder. The current Apple chip installation package contains SalesAgent application and Applications Folder entry.
Copy SalesAgent to Applications. For example, select SalesAgent, copy, open Applications, and then paste; wait for the copy to complete.
The official download page still shows WhatsApp SCRM; the application name in this Apple chip installation package is SalesAgent, and the version is 9.1.5. Please look for SalesAgent in the application.
This page provides download options for Windows and Intel Mac, but does not yet cover the actual installation process for either system.
If SocialEpoch is already installed on your computer, first check the existing version and the downloaded version to avoid overwriting it directly if you are not aware of the version change.
4. Open the client #
After copying is complete, open SalesAgent from the application directory. After seeing the login interface, continue reading First time login. The web registration page and the computer client are two different entrances.
You should be able to open the client and see the login screen. The completion of downloading does not mean that it has been installed, and seeing the web page does not mean that you have entered the client.
Cannot open or download does not start #
First check whether there is a download task in the browser download list, and then confirm the selected system version. If there is a prompt related to security interception, file corruption or developer verification, keep the original text of the prompt and pass SocialEpoch official contact portal Check the installation package.

Check your result
- The application has been installed on the computer and can be launched from the application portal.
The download portal and Apple chip installation package are based on the previous check: SalesAgent 9.1.5. There is no actual installation test on Windows and Intel Mac.
