Before you start
- Administrators have the permission to configure smart group chat techniques.
- The WhatsApp account participating in the sending has logged into the client, remains online, and has joined the target group.
- First prepare the company's own test group and accounts clearly identified as staff.
Where to find it
Administrator admin console → Marketing Interaction → Smart Group Chat → Added; Employee Client → Smart Group Chat → Added.
First organize the content into roles and order #
Smart group chats are based on pre-arranged words, and the designated WhatsApp accounts send content corresponding to the characters. Ideal for internal walkthroughs, staff collaboration hosting events, or issuing multi-step instructions to members who already know the sender's identity. The role represents the division of labor in the script, such as "event host" and "product explainer". The external identity of the account should be consistent with the actual identity.
Before creating, list each piece of content, its responsible role, whether it contains pictures or videos, and the order in which it will be sent. Complete the test with a small amount of content first to confirm that the messages sent by each character are consistent, and then add formal content.
Administrator creates words #
- Enter "Marketing Interaction → Intelligent Group Chat Techniques" and click "Add".
- Fill in a script name that is easy for team members to identify, such as "Test Group Product Description Walkthrough."
- Choose a role for each piece of content, fill in the text, and upload images or videos as needed. The information displays roles 1 to 10; the actual number available is subject to the current interface.
- Configure intervals between entries, set by activity cadence and enterprise usage specifications. Intervals are not a guarantee of account security or delivery.
- Check the roles, content and sequence, and confirm saving. Inform executive staff which script to use.
Staff configuration groups and role accounts #
- Open "Smart Group Chat" on the client and click "Add".
- Select the target test group, and then select the "Script Talk" created by the administrator.
- View the script preview and select the corresponding account for each role in "WhatsApp Customer Service Account Configuration". The interface prompts that multiple service accounts can be selected for one role; during first verification, a clear one-to-one configuration is used to facilitate verification.
- Check one by one that the selected account is currently online and in the group to avoid the script having a role but no available sending account.
- Submit the task after checking the target group, and check the to-be-executed, in-execution and executed status in the task list.
Check the actual results within the group #
The task status and actual reception results should be viewed together: open the test group and check by role whether the sending account, text, attachments and sequence comply with the script. If a role has no content, first check the role's account mapping, online status and group membership, and then check the task status. Don’t skip the in-group check just because “Executed” appears in the list.
Check your result
- The script is saved and can be selected by team members.
- Each role in the mission configuration corresponds to the intended account.
- In the test group, the content actually sent by each character can be seen as expected.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't team members find the script?
First make sure that the administrator has saved the script and that the team member has selected the correct company and account. If it is still not visible, please ask the administrator to check the available permissions of the current account; the data does not explain the script synchronization delay.
What should I do if I select an account but the character doesn’t send messages?
Check whether the account is logged in, online and has joined the target group, and then check the role mapping and task status. The manual does not provide failure codes or automatic retry rules, and it cannot guarantee success after retry.

Menus and features may vary by client version or account access. Follow the current interface and verify critical workflows with a test account first.
